After studying business administration, Tanja Balhorn worked for many years in management positions in Germany and abroad (Los Angeles, Berlin, Frankfurt and elsewhere).

»From my own experience, I know how much time and effort it takes to recreate an environment in which one feels at home. The reasons why many newcomers use our personal service are varied: lack of time; a particular family situation; the flood of new impressions; or simply the desire to take things easy.

Every city has its special features. Munich is different to Berlin and Berlin is different to Hamburg. We help newcomers to Hamburg settle in so they can feel at home as soon as possible.«
